He dislikes running, biking, and swimming but he still performs it every day. When he joined the Navy he had to drop over 100 pounds. Goggins has shared that his workout regime is pretty strict. He is a dominant athlete who is regularly placing at the top of the class. Goggins is a true inspiration and he can be a hard man to define. He has been defined as the one-time world record holder for the most pull-ups made in 24 hours. He’s told stories of running marathons and how he lost 106 lb in 3 months, and he has a true ‘go hard or go home’ work ethic. I am once again completing this challenge on behalf of WoodGreen Community Services. In total, I will run 12 separate times, day and night to accumulate a total of 48 miles in the weekend. I will continue this every 4 hours on the hour until my final leg at 7pm Sunday March 6th. Starting at 11pm EST, I will run my first 4-mile leg. Goggins has been featured in many motivational videos on YouTube. On Friday March 4th I will be participating in David Goggins’ 48-hour, 4-mile challenge. My muscles didn’t get sore from the miles. The Goggins Challenge was not physically difficult per se. This challenge consists of running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours.
